Returns

If purchased items are believed to be faulty, an authorisation number can be obtained by emailing cnshop@cyclingnews.com.au with the details of the product to be returned (if faulty). Please include your sale reference number with your email. Contact must be made within 15 days of the shipping date.

Exchanges

Only clothing items will be exchanged for another size. Sales of printed matter are final, unless the wrong item was originally shipped. DVDs and VHS tapes will only be accepted for exchange if the original shrink-wrapping is still intact.

Shipping costs

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and purchasers must cover shipping costs of items for return or exchange. All items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging.
