Email address

When you register you must provide a valid email address. This allows us to contact you in the event of any billing, supply or availability problems that may occur. If a valid email address isn't provided, we cannot contact you. Email addresses will not be supplied to third parties. Cyclingnews may email you occasionally with information on new products or exciting new offers.

Order Acceptance

Cyclingnews does not accept orders from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products that Cyclingnews offers for sale.

Payment

Cyclingnews accepts MasterCard, American Express and Visa as formal methods of payment. You may be contacted by Cyclingnews to complete your transaction as a security measure.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. A currency converter can be found linked from the top of our homepage. Orders placed on Cyclingnews.com will be charged in Australian dollars. If you live outside of Australia, this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

Out of stock items

Orders placed for items that are not in stock are processed in the same manner as for items that are in stock. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, all items will be shipped together, unless separate shipping costs are paid. Please allow 28 days for delivery

Overseas Orders

All items entering countries other than Australia and the United States of America may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws.

Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If duties and taxes are deemed to be payable by the relevant authority, these fees are paid by the recipient.

Based on Cyclingnews' enquiries, all items and packages sold on the Cyclingnews shop, such as the 'Team Kits', are deemed to be below the value of goods that will incur any duties or additional taxes.

Some countries may require import permits for goods to be cleared for importation. If this is the case, it is up to the purchaser to organise this prior to the purchase of goods.

To learn more about customs duties, please visit www.wcoomd.org or visit the Web site of your country's customs service.
