The Next Level was a labor of love by Expert Coaches and Elite Athletes Jeb Stewart MS, CSCS and Reece Haettich, in an attempt to get the most up to date and effective strength and conditioning information to endurance athletes of all walks of life. For years, they heard the cry of athletes looking for a safe, effective and progressive approach to their strength training that would actually enhance their performance and help prevent injury. The Next Level, Strength Training for Endurance Athletes is all about developing useable strength not useless muscle.

Their mission was to design a program to help endurance athletes maximize their potential by taking them through a properly periodized program that addresses flexibility, stability, strength, power and finally strength maintenance, en route to their competition phase of their seasons.
